The PlayStation 3 which has turned out to be the most popular console having a number of countless ability and features is now ready to receive another update. The PS3 will now include and showcase the Vudu service thereby being one of the first ever console to offer their service. All the PS3 users in US can now enjoy on-demand movies of HD quality at 1080p with Surround Sound from some of the very reputed Hollywood Studios which counts to more than 4K such movie titles that are available. This service will be available from 23rd November and the PS3 users can download the compatible Vudu application which will be available therefrom. However, one thing must be noted that the movies are not displayed for free and that one has to pay for the service which is believed to cost 2USD as rental for two nights pack. But as an introductory offer, it will be giving away a free show for every new comers by crediting 5.99USD to their account.

The senior director of PlayStation Network quoted the following few lines in support of the new Vudu service to be released within the PS3 in US:-

"PlayStation has long been the leader in providing living room entertainment. PlayStation Network has emerged as the industry leading entertainment hub for experiencing an unmatched amount of digital content. With the addition of the VUDU application to our free PlayStation Network, users will have another way to access entertainment, with thousands of HD movies available instantly in the comfort of their own home."

So with all this new enhancements being made in the PS3 services, it will undoubtedly be able to draw the attention of many more entertainment seekers and thereby record new heights of success as one of the best entertainment device available so far.
