You can also request balance from another Vodafone user when your own balance has emptied down. This is useful when you are not in a position to recharge your prepaid account and are in need to make some urgent call. With this service, you can request any of your friend who is on the same Vodafone network for some credit balance and the same will be transferred when he confirms your request. The steps involved in requesting balance or talktime from another Vodafone user is given below:-

• The procedure is the same as that of the method mentioned above to transfer the talktime balance to another user. However, there is a slight change in the format of the number you have to use for this operation. This is mentioned as below:-

  You might have noticed that the number is slightly changed for requesting a balance from another user. After dialing in the above format with the correct donors mobile number and the amount, you can press the call button to commit the operation.
• After sending the request, the donor number would receive a message regarding the request and the amount that is prayed for. If he desires to give away his balance, he can confirm the request and as usual, he would be paying a Rs.1/- more than the amount requested which will be accordingly deducted from the donors prepaid balance as a transfer fee or service tax.
