The ASUS Eee Pad Slider uses the latest Android 3.0 operating system also known as Honeycomb and thus is capable of providing a good user experience because of the fact that it is optimized and designed to particularly meet the requirements of such wider and large screen portable gadgets. It also boasts a 5 megapixels primary rear camera having LED flash and also facilitates a front-end 1.3 megapixels camera for supporting video conferencing and similar tasks.

The memory can be expanded using any of the removable flash memory card of type microSD while the same comes along with built-in 16GB-32GB eMMC flash module for enabling file storage. The connectivity features of this dual core honeycomb tablet includes Bluetooth v2.1, Wifi b/g/n, miniHDMI port, USB v2.0, 1 x miniUSB port, card reader and a 3.5mm audio jack. The physical properties of it can be mentioned as 273 x 180 x 17.7 mm being the dimension and has a weight of 1.95 pounds (886g).

The price of ASUS Eee Pad Slider is not officially announced yet and it is also not sure of when the same would be released. However, some sources on the web claims that it will be rolled out within the month of April and May and that the said device would cost somewhere in between the price range of 500USD to 800USD approximately.
