Samsung is believed to be preparing the launch of another featured smartphone which would be one of those QWERTY based slider mobile phones. It is a 4G enabled mobile handset which is intended for being used on the WiMax network of CLEAR and has accordingly applied for the USPTO trademark under the word mark 'Notion' by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. This very smartphone which kept on floating in the oceans of rumour for quite sometime with many sources indicating that its release is likely to happen in December 2010 may however be turned down as the same seems to take another couple of months or even more to be finally available for the launch.

The Samsung Notion will be one of the android based smartphone which is expected to get the Froyo or Gingerbread. It is projected to have some outstanding features and great connectivity specs built into it. The OOVOO service which is based on the Voice over Internet Protocol(VoIP) is to be integrated with the Samsung Notion which would also be followed by some free hotspot features. Although the specifications are not exactly known at the moment, it is believed to have a front camera and a dual mode for switching between 3G and 4G.
