Samsung Continuum is another widely publicized mobile which came to limelight with a lot of rumours pouring in from different directions. Well, this is not anything new as any product from some highly reputed manufacturer always seems to catch the buzz around even before its release and official announcement. This very fact also outlines how excited all the tech-savvy guys are regarding these news gadgets who tries to go hither and thither to gather any pieces of informations available within various sources online. Samsung Continuum, which is the latest release under the Galaxy S series and armoured with a lot of unique aesthetics and features is all set to start shipping from tomorrow i.e. November 11. The most important aspect of Continuum phone that has led to so much of anticipation among all the enthusiasts is its 1.8-inch secondary color screen which is to feature a ticker display thereby being also labelled as the first ever phone having a dedicated ticker display.


Samsung Continuum is an android powered smartphone which sports a 5 megapixel camera, two Super AMOLED displays of 3.4-inch and 1.8-inch respectively and a 1GHz Hummingbird processor among many other available technical specifications. It currently offers the Android 2.1 i.e the Ouch but there are events on schedule to roll out an upgrade for 2.2 or even 2.3 but nothing is confirmed through official sources regarding the timeline for the change.

Samsung Continuum which is a Verizon-exclusive handset is tagged at a pre-order price of around $199.99 after having a $100 mail-in rebate with a two year contact. The said mobile handset will be shipped from November 11th, 2010 and will be hitting the stores by 18th November, 2010. The Samsung Continuum Price in India is expected to be within 24K figure but there may be variations in the actual cost when it comes live on the Indian Market. However, until there is any official announcements regarding the availability or launch date of Samsung Continuum and its price in India, we can assume some close figure ranging to around Rs.19,000/- to Rs.24,000/- as has been suggested by various sources within the community.
